What’s the Perfect Temperature to Brew Tea? Let’s Discuss!

Hey There, Fellow Tea Lovers!

Ever wonder if you brew your tea at the right temperature? Water temperature can make all the difference in the quest to unlock the most flavor in your loose-leaf tea. Here's a quick rundown of the ideal temperatures for each of our Cup'ital Tea offerings:

🍵Jasmine Green (Green Tea): Brew this at about 175°F - 80°C for a delicate and smooth flavor. If the water is too hot, it will become bitter; with this sweet spot, though, you are sure to get the ideal refreshing cup.

🍂Black and Lovely (Black Tea): Black tea does better with relatively higher temperatures. I recommend boiling water, about 200-212°F - 93-100°C, if you wish to taste its strong, rich flavor.
